SMILE consortium is independent open source member based community committed to improving the learning practices for students globally especially in underserved communities by leveraging the benefits of innovative mobile technology.
The consortium focuses on development and deployment of technology, training and induction of pedagogies that prepare students with 21st century skills and research related projects.
Our Board members are involved with the organization at different levels. The Board’s responsibilities includes advising the executive team, support and evaluate the organization’s progress in alignment with its strategic goals , guide the organization’s road map, monitor and strengthen programs and services, guide in securing financial resources, protect assets and advise on strategic initiatives, ensure legal and ethical integrity and enhance the organization’s public standing.
